What if I score MEDIUM or LOW?

MEDIUM: you get an honest read on whether now, in 3 months, or in 6 months makes sense. Soft Calendly link if you want to talk it through. No pressure. LOW: we tell you Second Closer isn't your move right now and explain why. We'd rather turn away 100 wrong-fit prospects than take one wrong-fit client.

Is the "free build" actually free? What's the catch?

Actually free. No card. The catch is scarcity — first 10 HIGH-scoring completions per calendar month. Not per year — per month. If slots are full, you wait until the next month or you skip the free tier and go direct to the paid Build.

What's the difference between the Build and the Sprint?

Build = 5 agents, $2,950, 30-day delivery window. You do most of the implementation. We support.

Sprint = unlimited agents, $8,500, 90-day engagement. We + Joe are embedded weekly. Sprint is for operators who want to be at 10+ agents by day 90 without managing the build themselves. Most Sprint clients land 10–18 agents in the window.

Can I skip the free build and just pay for the Build?

Yes. If you took the diagnostic and know you want the full package, book a call and we skip straight to the paid Build. Founding-cohort discount ($2,450) only applies if you did the free build first.

What kind of AI agents do you build?

Claude-powered agents plugged into whatever tools you already use. Common examples: weekly reporting rollups from multiple data sources, inbound lead qualification + response drafting, CRM cleanup, quote generation from spec sheets, competitive research briefs, meeting note summarization + action-item extraction. Basically: any workflow where the answer requires reading a bunch of context and writing a specific output.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Explicitly designed for operators who don't want to touch code, don't want to learn a new tool, and want a working thing they can run. If you're a technical founder, this offer isn't for you — you'd be better off with Claude Code directly.

How does the guarantee actually work?

Every agent I build has to save you 30+ minutes per week in real use, within 14 days. If it doesn't, you keep the agent (it's yours regardless), and I refund the full price. No forms. No debate. Email me and it's done. I've never refunded — and I'd rather not — so I only build agents I know will hit that bar.
